Meet Mrs. Allen

Hello and welcome to our class website! My name is Charlee Allen and I am excited to be teaching at Cornelius Elementary this year! I started teaching in 2003 and have most recently been on maternity leave. I have worked in many different roles in my educational career. I've been a 2nd and 4th grade teacher, Academic Facilitator, and Reading Specialist. I graduated from Appalachian State in 2003 with a BA in Education and I graduated in 2008 from UNCC with a Master's degree in Reading. I live in Cornelius with my husband and son. I my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and watching football. Roll Tide!
